ICELAND — ICELANDIC FARMS

Iceland is full of red-roofed farms. Day 1 of our adventure landed us at a dairy farm in the country. Learning to milk cows was messy work. It was prime time to learn the rhythm of cleaning, drying, pumping, and repeating. During our 3 week stay we learned how to navigate each aspect of the cow house and gained some real respect as dairy farmers.
